Terms and conditions

Operator
The operator of Bonusuri.md is identified by IDNO/fiscal code 1026023042507, Republic of Moldova.
Definitions
Operator: Bonusuri.md, IDNO 1026023042507. Client company: the entity that orders services or publishes a task according to the platform rules. Participant: the user who performs a task and submits the result for verification. Approved task: a task whose result has been verified and accepted under the platform procedure.
Platform agreement
The agreement for using the platform and performing tasks is concluded between the user and Bonusuri.md.
Platform role
Companies buy campaign/task services from Bonusuri.md. Participants receive rewards from Bonusuri.md for approved task results.
Age and confirmations
Participants must be at least 18 years old and accept the Terms, Participant Rules and Privacy Policy before starting paid tasks.
No employment
Each task is a one-off collaboration and does not create an employment contract.
Prohibited tasks
Paid public reviews, ratings, recommendations, spam, fake accounts, likes, follows and shares on external platforms are not allowed.
Verification and payment
Submitting a result does not automatically guarantee approval or payment. Incomplete, false, duplicate, non-compliant results or results that do not follow the task instructions may be rejected.
Payment
Rewards are paid only after manual verification and approval. The balance is an internal record of approved rewards owed, not electronic money.
Review needed
These documents must be reviewed by a Moldovan lawyer/accountant before final operational use.
